Tell Our Elected Officials in Springfield to Choose Residents Over Billionaires and Wealthy Corporations
Illinois can reject harmful program cuts on the local level and start turning around our state’s regressive tax structure by passing the needed revenue solutions to ensure the wealthy pay their fair share.
The Illinois Revenue Alliance, a coalition of community groups, labor unions, and service organizations, has put together a package of new progressive revenue solutions that would generate over $6 billion for the state of programs. This would allow us to fully fund critical programs and services and fight back against some of the worst impacts of the Trump/Musk administration.
Take a few minutes to send a letter to your state elected officials. The more letters they receive, the louder the message we can send - tax billionaires, don’t cut from working families!
